Reading conversations and transcripts

Every chat is recorded with its outcome — lead, booking, or question. Reading them weekly is the highest-leverage ten minutes in this product.

Your Conversations view is the record of every chat your assistant has had — what visitors asked, what it answered, and what came of it. It's also, quietly, your best market research.

The conversations list

Leads and bookings are flagged inline, with the visitor's contact when captured

Each row shows the topic, the outcome (lead captured, booking made, or just answered), and when it happened. Open any row for the full transcript.

The weekly ten minutes

Skim the week's conversations and you get three things nothing else gives you:

  1. Wrong or weak answers — each one is a Q&A pair away from fixed.
  2. Questions you'd never predicted — visitors ask what your website made them wonder. Recurring surprises are content your site is missing.
  3. The words customers actually use — "tune-up", not "preventative maintenance". Feed that language back into your training, your greeting card, and honestly, your website copy.

Transcripts and privacy

Transcripts contain whatever visitors typed, which can include personal details — treat exports with the same care as your inbox, and mention the assistant in your privacy policy the way you would any analytics tool.
