Build the Zap

In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Zapier gives you a URL.
In Chaaty's Integrations, paste that URL as your webhook and enable the New lead event:

Capture a test lead (ask your own widget something and leave an email) so Zapier has a sample payload.
Add your action step — "Create contact" in your CRM, say — and map the fields: email, name, and the conversation summary.
Turn the Zap on.
